Service Description:

Community Unity provides these community programs:
- Easter Basket Brigade - This initiative this past year assisted 240+ Families in need in delivering grocery gift cards.
- Spring and Fall Yard Clean Up - Assists individuals and families in need due to age, health or circumstance with seasonal yard clean ups
- Food From the Heart - Once a month, hot high protein meals are prepared and served at the Georgetown Bread Basket for clients to take home
- Jubilee Connections to Help - A Christian volunteer-led program that compassionately supports individuals and families by connecting them with local resources and walking alongside them to identify pathways toward stability and restoration.
- CUHH on an ongoing basis is engaged in benevolent initiatives to assist our neighbours.
