Assists newcomers in achieving settlement and integration within the Region of Peel * core services include:

English training: Language Instruction for Newcomers * English Language (levels 0–4) * Digital English: Everyday Skills * Women Forward: English for Life * English for the Canadian Workplace * Early Childhood Education Assistant
Employment services: Labour Market Access (LMA) Program * Rural Employment Initiative (REI)
Counselling services including settlement services, interpretation and translation, counselling in schools (through partnership with Peel District School Board and Peel Dufferin Catholic District School Board)
Community connections: assists adult newcomers with engaging in their community and becoming active Canadian citizens * youth and seniors activities
Volunteering Program: assists newcomers to develop real work experience, and volunteer opportunities for adults and students
Care for Newcomer Children Program: provides care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children of newcomers
