Service Description: A space for youth to share their lived experiences through peer-to-peer connections and gain the inspiration needed to empower and promote wellness

Just Be You
  • in-person & virtual
  • weekly drop-in group that’s youth-led and youth-focused
  • youth discover coping skills, build resilience, make connections, in a safe space, without judgement and without stigma

Wellness Group
  • virtual only, 12 week program
  • offers youth the chance to connect, share their personal experiences, and build inspiration in their journey towards mental well-being
  • each week, participants actively engage in interactive discussions surrounding various important topics
  • registration required
