Service Description:

A space for youth to share their lived experiences through peer-to-peer connections and gain the inspiration needed to empower and promote wellness

Just Be You

in-person & virtual
weekly drop-in group that’s youth-led and youth-focused
youth discover coping skills, build resilience, make connections, in a safe space, without judgement and without stigma

Wellness Group

virtual only, 12 week program
offers youth the chance to connect, share their personal experiences, and build inspiration in their journey towards mental well-being
each week, participants actively engage in interactive discussions surrounding various important topics
registration required
