Service Description:
|
The Settlement program's short-term counselling offers non-clinical, solution-focused mental health support to help newcomers and immigrants address settlement-related challenges and access other IRCC-funded services. Clients receive problem-solving sessions providing timely, practical assistance, with referrals to community resources for longer-term or specialized needs. Services are available in English and other languages with translation upon request, and can be delivered in person or online.
