A Prenatal and Parenting Text Messaging Program providing free, weekly text messages with trusted tips and resources tailored to your specific stage of pregnancy and your baby’s age (up to 12 months)
Text messages to support moms with:
- Healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting
- Baby care, feeding, bonding, and safety
- Growth and development milestones and where to get help with any concerns
- Building parenting skills and confidence
- Self-care and creating a healthy family environment
- Finding local prenatal and parenting programs in Halton
SmartParent is endorsed by the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada and the Canadian Pediatric Society
