Service Description:

Provides free, virtual programs for adults aged 55 and older across Ontario to support physical health, mental well-being, and social connection

programs are delivered primarily online and are designed to reduce social isolation, promote active aging, and help seniors remain engaged in their communities
programs are open to seniors of all backgrounds and abilities

Programs include:

virtual seniors fitness classes, offering guided, low-impact exercises led by trained instructors
educational workshops and webinars on health, wellness, and aging-related topics
social and recreational activities, including virtual group events that encourage peer connection
reduce Social Isolation support, which offers outreach and supportive conversations for seniors experiencing loneliness
dance-based movement programs for older adults, such as on-demand dance sessions
one-on-one consultations related to physical fitness and healthy aging
