Service Description:

The chapter raises awareness by educating those with Crohn's and colitis, their families, health professionals and the general public about these diseases- work to improve the quality of life and experience of people living with or affected by these diseases
- offer peer support, guest speakers and monthly discussion topics (Caregiver Peer Connect)
- host fundraising and social events
- volunteers are welcome to join the executive team, planning committees and to help at events
