Why don’t I see a physician listed who I always refer to?
We are working to ensure that the list is as comprehensive as possible. If a specialist in the region is not included, it is either because they have not yet provided us with their information or their information has not yet been verified. Once these steps happen, they will then be added to the directory.

What if my profile is incorrect?
If your profile is incorrect, please click the Suggest an Update link on the bottom or top right of your profile’s page. Once your changes have been reviewed and verified, your profile will be updated.

Can I find out what a specialist’s wait time is on this tool?
The directory does not provide wait time information for the specialists listed at this time. We are considering the feasibility of this function for the future.

Is this an e-Referral tool?
The directory does not have e-referral functionality at this time. We are considering the feasibility of this function for the future. If referral forms are provided by the specialist, these are included within their profile. 

How do I report a content error?
If you do notice an error in the content, please contact one of the staff listed below, with the details of the error and it will be investigated.

How often is the content in the directory updated
The content in the directory will be updated quarterly. Specialists have the opportunity to update the content as needed.
