Multidisciplinary clinic to treat the physical, cognitive, emotional and sleep symptoms of concussion and chronic pain * team consists of neurologists, neurology nurse practitioners, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, radiologists, physiotherapists specializing in balance and vision disorders, occupational therapists, clinical counsellors, and kinesiologists * virtual medicine and treatment of concussion and pain available
Services may include:- diagnostic and imaging solutions
- specialty medical care (concussion, headache and migraine, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, chronic pain, seizures and epilepsy, vertigo and dizziness, memory impairments and dementia, visual disturbances)
- interventional pain management procedures
- clinical counselling
- nerve conduction/electromyography (EMG) studies for nerve related disorders
- kinesiology
- occupational therapy
- physiotherapy
- physiatry (rehabilitation medicine)
- vision therapy and optometry
