Service Description: A volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization created by seniors for seniors, aiming to improve quality of life, reduce social isolation, and support healthy aging through virtual education, fitness, social connection, and peer-based programming

Provides free, virtual programs for adults aged 55 and older across Ontario to support physical health, mental well-being, and social connection
  • programs are delivered primarily online and are designed to reduce social isolation, promote active aging, and help seniors remain engaged in their communities
  • programs are open to seniors of all backgrounds and abilities

Programs include:
  • virtual seniors fitness classes, offering guided, low-impact exercises led by trained instructors
  • educational workshops and webinars on health, wellness, and aging-related topics

  • reduce Social Isolation support, which offers outreach and supportive conversations for seniors experiencing loneliness
