Service Description: Specialized treatment program that provides various levels of intervention, from least to most intensive * services provided by an inter-professional clinical team which include consultation, patient and family education groups, inpatient, day hospital, transition and outpatient services * support is also available for family members and significant others * referral for patients to mental health services at Trillium Health Partners can be made through completing the one-Link referral form

Three essential components of treatment are: nutritional rehabilitation, skills acquisition and psychotherapy * clients participate in a wide variety of groups including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Nutrition, and Mindfulness and Relaxation

This program is not a weight loss treatment for clients with obesity, and it does not endorse dieting as a means of weight control * binge eating disorder is not treated in this program * more information about Eating Disorders can be found on the National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC)

Fees: Medical services are covered by OHIP
Application: Doctor or nurse practitioner referral is required * all required bloodwork and EKG must accompany referral form
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa (AN), Bulimia Nervosa (BN), and Other Specified Eating Disorder
