Service Description: Provides comprehensive, patient-centered and accessible care for people at different stages of their lives who are experiencing mental health or addictions issues * services include Acute Care, Inpatient Services, Ambulatory and Outpatient Services, Child and Adolescent Service, Medical Psychiatry, and Seniors Mental Health Services * multidisciplinary team offers a broad range of assessment, treatment, education  and consultation services to individuals and families * physician referrals for patients to mental health services can be made by completing one-Link referral form * one-Link is a single point of access for referrals to 10 addiction and mental health service providers including tele-mental health program
